Location : Fremont, CA; This role is 5 days onsite

About the Role

Weee! is seeking an experienced and driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead the growth of our advertising business. In this role, you will manage a high-performing sales team, lead Advertising revenue growth, drive strategic advertiser partnerships, and scale a data-driven, customer-focused sales engine.

We're seeking a passionate sales leader who blends exceptional sales expertise with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset. You excel at building partnerships, closing deals, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do :

• Drive Advertising Revenue Growth : Deliver strong sales performance through effective deal execution and team leadership.
• Lead and Develop the Sales Team : Coach and develop Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business goals.
• Build Strategic Client Relationships : Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships with new and existing advertisers and partners at all levels.
• Generate, Nurture, and Close Leads : Identify opportunities through outreach, meetings, and proposals - nurturing leads and turning into advertisers.
• Develop Advertising Solutions : Understand client objectives and create effective data-driven advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Enhance Campaign Performance : Manage and optimize advertising delivery; provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Merchandising, Product, Growth, and Data teams to close deals and deliver high-quality campaigns efficiently and effectively.
