Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns during production and development phases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Perform audits, inspections, and testing to validate product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities, including reports and metrics.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements within the engineering and manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have :

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience working in an engineering and manufacturing environment within the business services industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.
