Clinical Nurse II - Progressive Critical Care (Nights)

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and special tests while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Exercise sound nursing judgment in managing patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and mentor ancillary staff while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.
