Marketing Strategist
You're a dynamic, capable, experienced storyteller and strategic thinker with a strong appreciation for branding and marketingeven if you don't think of yourself as a "marketer" today. You're fascinated by consumer behavior. You know how to visualize data to tell compelling stories. You're a pro at turning out a persuasive, data-driven executive-ready presentation that changes minds and wins support. You can (and sometimes will) turn that presentation around in 24 hours, because you've done it dozenseven hundredsof times before in at a consulting firm or similar organization. You're adept at bringing together multiple ideas and data points and synthesizing them into a unified point of vieweven when there is ambiguity. In fact, other people come to you for advice and guidance on their own decks and leadership presentations because yours are just so good!

As a part of the U.S. Banking marketing team that supports our personal, commercial, and wealth businesses, the role will collaborate with the US marketing leadership team to develop and articulate the group's strategic plan and associated initiatives. This includes gathering, interpreting and reporting information that helps stakeholders understand the role of the work we do and the results we generate on behalf of the bank. You'll work with the team to interpret campaign performance, and provide planning, support and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and track our achievements. Finally, you'll serve as strategic counsel to the U.S. chief marketing officer, generating effective, consistent communications for the CMO and for the leadership team.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
