The Cleaning Authority de Fort Lauderdale está buscando limpiadores profesionales con experiencia que estén listos para dar el siguiente paso en su carrera : ¡convertirse en entrenadores para nuestro equipo en crecimiento!
Somos una empresa confiable y bien establecida, y con la creciente demanda, necesitamos líderes que puedan capacitar, motivar y guiar a los nuevos empleados para ofrecer las limpiezas de alta calidad que nuestros clientes esperan.
Lo que harás :
- Capacitar a nuevos empleados en el campo (en el sitio y con entrenamiento práctico)
- Demostrar y reforzar nuestro sistema de limpieza por rotación detallada (Detail-Clean Rotation System)
- Acompañar a los nuevos empleados durante sus primeros 3 días
- Brindar retroalimentación continua y entrenamiento en el desempeño
- Apoyar a la gerencia en el mantenimiento de los estándares del equipo
