We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to support the internal marketing team with external agency communications and day-to-day operations. Embedded in the Creative team and working closely with Media Buying, this Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact to external agencies for digital campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the single point of contact for agencies : own day-to-day communication, channel all feedback and decisions, clarify briefs, and prevent conflicting direction.
• Translate creative strategy and performance data into clear, actionable briefs.
• Schedule and run bi-weekly status calls and reviews; set agendas, capture action items, and drive them to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners (Creative, Media Buying, Legal / Compliance, Procurement) and lead quarterly performance reviews and post-mortems at major milestones.
• Partner cross-functionally with media buying to align and communicate agency creative deliverables.
• Manage asset production and deliveryversioning, specs, QA, and naming conventions.
• Ensure brand and legal compliance, oversee final QA, and coordinate smooth handoffs to trafficking.
• Track agency assets in internal project management and digital asset management systems.
• Track and report on key performance indicatorson-time-in-full delivery, cycle time, revision rate, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to increase compliance and quality.
• Partner with Media Buying and Legal teams to define scope, budget, and success metrics.
• Track spend against the statement of work and manage change orders through Procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile budgets.

About You

We Offer

Additional information : Salary range of $60,000 $100,000 / year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
