Collaborate with researchers and other team members to enhance user experience

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction, graphic design, or related field

Five years of experience in digital customer / user experience or interaction design

Advanced degrees may offset experience requirements

Demonstrated experience with design, wireframe, and prototyping tools

Experience in design strategy, journey mapping, and UI / UX design preferred
