We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. This role involves understanding client needs, educating customers on insurance products, and driving sales to help individuals and families secure reliable coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients by phone, in person, and online.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
• Provide policy quotes, explain coverage options, and respond to customer inquiries in both languages.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to maintain retention and referrals.
• Assist clients through the application and claims processes with exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and outreach events as needed.
