Premier High School supports credit recovery and early graduation for students who thrive in smaller, independent learning environments that differ from the traditional school model by prioritizing technology and one-on-one teacher / student interaction to provide personalized instruction and build strong relationships, helping them succeed academically and graduate on time or early. Simultaneously, Texas Works empowers adults to earn their high school diploma through personalized support and flexible learning options. In this dual role, teachers deliver personalized instruction, utilize technology, and foster strong relationships with both Premier High School and Texas Works students to support their academic success and the attainment of their educational goals.

We seek educators with experience working with high school students or adult learners. A successful candidate is dedicated to a culture that values making connections and is committed to serving as a positive role model. Collaboration with colleagues is essential, as is the belief that every student, regardless of age or background, has the potential to succeed.
