A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate to support funding strategies and investor reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of capital markets transactions including debt issuance and equity activities
Prepare investor reporting packages and compliance documentation
Conduct market analysis to evaluate funding opportunities and support liquidity strategy
Required Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Applied Math, or a related analytical field, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
2 to 3 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or a related function
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience building and maintaining financial models for funding decisions
Understanding of debt instruments and capital structures
