Work Environment
The work environment is rooted in the rich history of the company's specialty in stainless and high alloy fabrications. You will work with a variety of materials, including 300 series stainless steels and high alloys like Hastelloy, Inconel, AL6XN, and Titanium. The facility requires hearing protection due to occasional loud noise from grinding and welding activities, and it is well-ventilated. The work involves handling large tanks, sometimes requiring work inside the shell. The team currently comprises 12 members, with optimal operation at 25 on the first shift. Enjoy the flexibility of a first shift schedule, either a 4x10 Monday-Thursday or a 5x8 Monday-Friday, with early Friday finishes.
