Global Benefits Analyst

Hi, I'm Juhi Banerjee, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. We are looking for a Global Benefits Analyst who will :

  • Support the day-to-day administration and compliance of CSG's health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence and well-being programs.
  • Provide primary support for annual enrollment, HRIS system configuration, vendor implementations, compliance activities and special projects.
  • Research and stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Plan documents and governmental regulations, coordinate and support all compliance-related tasks, including, but not limited to, internal and external audits, required filings, participant notices and disclosures, testing and reporting.
  • Support in the maintenance of data integrity between all internal and external systems by performing routine audits and reconciliations & managing benefit funding processes.
  • Enhance the employee benefits experience and provide excellent customer service in all interactions by answering participant questions, resolving escalated benefits issues, and supporting the delivery of benefits education opportunities to drive program awareness and engagement through presentations and written communications.
  • Support integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Identify and recommend areas where process optimization and efficiencies can be made.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who :

  • Have 3+ years' experience in benefit plan administration.
  • Have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and interpret benefit plan data.
  • Have an aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting system integrations and reporting.
  • Are proficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration software and benefit vendor systems.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, explain benefits programs to employees and liaise with benefit providers and partners.
  • Have sound knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all programs and processes meet legal standards.
  • Have organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Are proficient in Excel.
