Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to overnight guest requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and deliver clean linens to various guest in a timely manner
- Store linens in designated housekeeping storage, maintaining quality and organization.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and alert management of any supply shortages.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Uphold Hyatt's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work night shifts, specifically from 11 PM to 7 : 30 AM.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.Why Hyatt Regency St. Louis?

Qualifications
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 500 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests in a professional manner.Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization in all assigned areas.Flexibility to assist other departments when operational needs arise.Primary Location : US-MO-St. Louis
