Responsibilities :

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by using the nursing process while ensuring safe and therapeutic care according to established standards. You'll lead efforts to create a safe patient environment, develop and maintain therapeutic relationships, assess changes in patient status, and collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient-centered care.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by your practicing stateBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)Degrees :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing programRequired Experience :
Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
