Compensation :
- The pay for this position is $24.18 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Perform production assembly operations and complete system-level testing and analysisBuild, integrate, and understand the full assembly process for instruments in the production areaExecute functional and release testing on moderately complex instrumentsAnalyze test data and results to determine pass / fail criteria and implement solutions for failuresPerform basic electrical, mechanical, and / or software troubleshooting on test equipmentOptimize system performance including precision of movement and / or light systems based on test dataIdentify defects and recommend process or design improvementsRead and interpret drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standardsProvide training and support to associates on mechanical and testing activitiesProcess and disposition Quality Notifications (QNs)Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams as neededEnsure all work is completed in compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and BD safety and quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to SOPs and company policiesPerform standard material handling of raw materials and sub-assembliesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all housekeeping proceduresSupport Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiativesWork overtime as required to meet business needsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements :
Experience supporting testing of moderately complex instruments in a manufacturing environmentAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve using electrical, mechanical, or system-level analysisStrong understanding of quality procedures and regulated manufacturing environmentsProficiency reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and test instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using common mechanical toolsAbility to manage multiple assignments and changing prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team settingBasic computer proficiency in a Windows-based environmentStrong math, analytical, and data interpretation skillsAbility to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive production environmentEducation :
