About the Role:

A well-established physician-owned multi-specialty private practice in Northern New Jersey is seeking a full-time Orthopaedic Surgeon preferably fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity to join its expanding team.

This is a high-impact opportunity to step into an established and growing patient base with immediate volume. The incoming surgeon will focus on Hand & Upper Extremity cases while also managing general orthopaedic injuries and conditions in an outpatient setting.

You will perform surgeries primarily at a partner-owned Ambulatory Surgical Center as well as at highly supportive local hospitals. The role offers strong clinical autonomy within a collaborative physician-led structure. Orthopaedic ER call is optional and general practice call is shared among the group.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong motivated to grow a subspecialty focus and interested in long-term partnership within a stable and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive orthopaedic care with emphasis on Hand & Upper Extremity
• Diagnose and manage general orthopaedic injuries and conditions
• Perform surgical procedures at a partner-owned ASC and affiliated hospitals
• Collaborate with established orthopaedic and foot & ankle surgeons
• Build referral relationships with local primary care physicians and specialists
• Participate in shared general call rotation (ER call optional)

The practice actively supports business development and referral growth initiatives to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
• Completed or pending completion of a Hand Surgery Fellowship
• Comfortable managing both subspecialty and general orthopaedic cases
• Strong interpersonal skills and interest in practice growth
• Motivated to work within a collaborative physician-owned environment
