Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care aligned with professional standards. You will engage with a collaborative care team, conducting diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, and monitoring patients on both invasive and noninvasive ventilation.
Your responsibilities will include :
Performing patient assessments and conducting diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for respiratory therapy.Administering respiratory therapies, including oxygen and aerosol delivery, as well as chest physiotherapy.Assisting with the placement of artificial airways and managing mechanical ventilation.Monitoring patient responses and notifying providers as needed during treatment.Transporting ventilator-dependent patients safely.Responding to emergencies and ensuring airway integrity during resuscitation as required.Qualifications :
Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT).State certification as a Respiratory Therapist / Practitioner (RRT / RCP).Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.Become a part of our exceptional team recognized for outstanding patient care.
