The ASA 5 will provide financial and administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the ECI Section.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Contract Management:

• Prepare and process budgets, contracts, and invoices for the Early Childhood Initiatives Section.
• Assist contract agencies with budget development and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking financial data and expenditures.
• Research and apply proper contract formatting for new contracts and amendments.
• Track and reconcile invoices for reimbursement in Edison for assigned contracts.
• Support budget, funding, and Contract Processing Worksheet (CPW) revisions as needed.

Administrative Support:

• Prepare reports, forms, and financial documents to support operational needs.
• Process and track contract amendments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist the Section Chief, EBHV Director, and ECI Data Team with administrative tasks.
• Provide general financial and operational support for the Early Childhood Section.

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative, financial, and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tracking tools.
• Experience working with budgets, contracts, and invoicing processes.
• Ability to research and apply proper formatting for contract documentation.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to support multiple programs.
