Senior Applied ML Engineer

A company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff, Senior / Staff MLE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of custom LLM solutions for enterprise customers

Build custom models and contribute improvements to the foundation model stack

Mentor engineers and drive clarity in ambiguous situations across the organization

Required Qualifications

Strong ML fundamentals and ability to frame complex problems as ML solutions

Fluency with Python and core ML / LLM frameworks

Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training or inference pipelines

Understanding of LLM architectures and evaluation methodologies

Experience engaging with customers to design and deliver ML solutions
