Junior Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will focus on improving operational efficiency, maintaining high standards, and supporting safety and compliance within their assigned area : Printing, Logistics and Inventory, or Framing and Shipping. They will contribute to cost optimization, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is located in Miami Lakes, it is a full-time opportunity, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm Monday through Friday, with some overtime as required. Key Responsibilities : 1. Process Optimization : Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned operations. Support product design and process development initiatives by providing engineering expertise. 2. Quality Assurance and Problem-Solving : Ensure operational processes meet quality standards and specifications. Identify defects or inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. Promote best practices for art handling and product preservation within operations. 3. Safety and Continuous Improvement : Implement and monitor workplace safety measures in collaboration with the safety management team. Drive lean initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize processes. Conduct root cause analyses and facilitate continuous improvement projects. 4. Documentation and Reporting : Work closely with the Documentation and Support Specialist to ensure procedures, process improvements, and updates are accurately recorded.
