CRNA Job Details Plano, TX

• Position Type: Locum tenens CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Location: Plano, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area healthcare jobs)
• Start Date: January 2026 or ASAP
• Contract Length: 3 6 months
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts or evenings (1:00pm 8:00pm); 16- and 24-hour shifts available
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call: One call shift per week (back-up or in-house), 1 2 weekend shifts per month; post-call off

CRNA Qualifications

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Texas state nursing license
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (new graduate CRNAs welcome to apply)
• Experience in a medical direction anesthesia model preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

CRNA Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including general, vascular, trauma, and spine (no cardiac or pediatric cases; approximately 50% spine cases)
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs in a medical direction model
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records (paper anesthesia records; Meditech EMR)
• Participate in call coverage and scheduled weekend shifts as part of the healthcare team
• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care and monitor patient outcomes
