Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Leave Administrator for a temporary, onsite assignment supporting a public-sector organization in Tukwila, Washington. This role is highly specialized and requires 4–6 years of experience directly communicating with employees and supervisors regarding protected leave programs and on-the-job injuries. The primary focus of this assignment is managing the full protected leave cycle—from intake and eligibility review through approval, tracking, and return-to-work coordination—as well as facilitating on-the-job injury claims and any related leaves.
