As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrols in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and routine patrols will help maintain a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
  • Work in various environments and conditions as required by the commercial real estate location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol and security-related duties.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
