Cannabis Employer is seeking resilient individual for an inside sales position. California laws and regulations have established new and high-demand career opportunities in the cannabis industry. We are seeking to expand our team with professional an ambitious individuals who are ready to begin their career in the fast-growing cannabis industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead follow up in the form of moderate-heavy outbound call volume and email.
  • Follow up with new and existing accounts.
  • Lead distribution to an outside sales team of 20+ members.
  • Follow up with outside sales representatives on assigned leads.
  • Data analysis and reporting on sales performance.

Requirements :

  • Must have a strong phone presence and be comfortable with heavy outbound call volumes.
  • Computer savvy.
  • CRM experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Clean appearance.
