The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong operational background, ideally within a multi-brand franchisor or as a top operational leader in a middle-market franchisor. Experience in private equity is a plus, and the candidate should be prepared to honor the company's legacy while leading it into a future of significant growth and transformation. The ideal COO for the company will have a tenure of 15-35+ years, demonstrating a track record of progressive career success. The role is pivotal in the company's investment thesis, which is centered on transforming the business and driving scale through both inorganic and organic methods. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of executing the company's growth plans and working closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve top-quartile returns. A strong operational upbringing is essential, and the candidate must be a leader with a contagious will to win, able to inspire and motivate the team to meet the company's ambitious goals.
