Patient Care Technician
The first person with whom a patient or family member will interact, either upon arrival or via telephone prior to a visit. The patient care technician is responsible for ensuring optimization of the patient visit by positively impacting patient care through knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous interactions. The patient care technician works closely with all care team members and is responsible for performance of a variety of office functions, including answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and family members, and collecting copayments.
Must be able to speak Haitian Creole or Spanish.
