General Liability Attorney - Senior Associate - Hybrid

We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate General Liability Litigation Attorney to join one of our client firms in California. As an integral member, you'll engage in diverse legal matters, representing clients in various proceedings and providing expert legal counsel. Your role will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering premium legal services. Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office. If you are a skilled litigator looking to join a firms General Liability team then this is the position for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
• Trial preparation and support.
• Maintain accurate time records.

Candidate Requirements :
