Senior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join their documentation team.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain public documentation, including user guides, API references, and troubleshooting guides

Champion the reader experience by testing workflows and identifying areas for improvement

Collaborate across teams to gather technical information and feedback while working in a docs-as-code environment

Required Qualifications

Proven experience writing technical documentation for developer tools, APIs, or security products

Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, Markdown, and static site generators

Ability to read and understand front-end code and at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java

Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

Strong focus on user experience and the ability to organize complex information logically
