Painter - RI

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our team. The painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing jobs to a high standard. We have 16 town houses in East Providence RI scheduled to begin painting in February. This role requires knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer.

· Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.

· Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect areas during painting.

· Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

· Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and smoothness.

· Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.

· Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.

· Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
