Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
- Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 4 years’ combined experience with ArcGIS administration, geospatial data, analysis, maps, services, and applications. 2-3+ years of Windows Server experience. 2-3 years of experience with web server management and implementation; troubleshooting of websites, applications, and security implementations. 3+ years’ combined experience with SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates (including Map Releases) of Esri software such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Pro.
- Experience resolving and documenting work on incident tickets in ServiceNow or Jira Powered by JazzHR
