TalentFish is casting a line for a Sr. Investment Business Systems Engineerwith our premier client! This is a full-time hybrid role in Madison, Wisconsin .

Location Flexibility :

• Madison, WI area (within 50-mile radius) : 3 days in-office per week
• Chicago, IL area : Remote work with 1 day per week in Madison office
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates willing to move to the Madison, Wisconsin area.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Engineer to join our client's Technology Team, which supports, implements, and develops industry-leading systems and platforms to handle a diverse and complex set of investment portfolios and strategies. The team strives to be a trusted advisor and partner to the business, delivering maximum value from technology investments, and aligning technology with the organization's future direction, all while adhering to industry standards.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day technical work related to business systems architecture supporting front and middle office functionality for both public and private markets. You will also oversee the construction and maintenance of processes utilized by engineers and consultants. This position requires deep investment industry knowledge to effectively analyze, design, model / prototype, test, and guide the implementation of critical systems. You will partner with Operations and Technology to ensure systems are optimally designed to meet business needs and remain sustainable over time.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
