Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care to a diverse and complex patient population including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will gain exposure to advanced neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Valid Registered Nurse license from the state where you practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of a nursing program accredited or approved.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic care with a patient and family focus.Proficient in using electronic medical records and strong communication skills.Capable of making independent decisions and managing multiple priorities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
