Staff Accountant

Accounting Position

Responsibilities :

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payroll efficiently, with a preference for experience using Paycom.
• Enter deposits into accounting software and reconcile them with the billing system.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Perform bank reconciliations between bank records and internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00 / yr. Access to Alabama Oncology internal benefits package. They pay full premium for insurance. Offer other great benefits (401k, life insurance, ST and LT disability).

This is a fully onsite position in Birmingham, AL.
