Job Description

As a Hotel Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will provide essential information about hotel amenities, special events, and local attractions while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include :

• Engaging with guests to sell rooms and enhance their experience through outstanding customer service.
• Resolving guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Completing registration forms and entering information into the computer system accurately.
• Issuing room keys and assisting guests with their check-in and check-out.
• Calculating and processing hotel bills, including accepting payments via cash and credit.
• Maintaining effective communication with Executive Hosts regarding guest stays.
• Running necessary reports and balancing transactions at the end of your shift.
• Performing manual operations in the event of computer system outages.
• Executing additional tasks as directed by management.
