JOB INFORMATION :

Coverage Dates : ASAP - 3 month with option to extend

Monday ? Friday; 8 : 30 AM ? 5 : 00 PM

Rate : $135 / hour (W2)

Type of Patients / Cases / Procedures :

Outpatient Clinic Setting ? Focus will be with OB cases and some GYN, if schedule shifts seeing well women visits. Some Video appointments included along with clinic coverage; Strong OB experience required. Must be comfortable doing own Ultrasounds and dating down to 8 weeks (Highly preferred but may consider without if provider has GYN experience needed for position); Provider expected to have experience with GYN preventative care.

REQUIREMENTS :

Must have at least 1 YEAR MINIMUM ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE.

Must have a current and active license.

Must have a (BLS)-AHA Certified

EMR : Health Connect

Board Certified Required : Certified

Must be willing to work immediately.

RATES : $125 / hour (W2)
