As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Customer Support Representative to help us keep operations running smoothly and our clients informed.

What We’re Looking For :

• Must have experience with Excel, Quickbooks & Outlook
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable communicating over phone, email, and in person
• Previous customer service or logistics experience is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Position Summary :

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, serving as the link between our warehouse and customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking orders, providing updates, and resolving any issues with clarity and professionalism.
