A company is looking for a General Manager to oversee and strengthen daily operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for two small GovCon companies, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables
Provide executive support by managing calendars, preparing materials, and coordinating travel for leadership
Implement office management practices and support business development activities, including proposal development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
7+ years of experience in operations, administration, or executive support roles, with GovCon experience required
Experience supporting multiple business entities or subsidiaries strongly preferred
Familiarity with federal contracting fundamentals and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
