Compensation
Base pay ranges from $27.00 to $35.00 per hour , depending on experience, plus performance incentives. Top performers can earn up to $150,000 annually through bonuses tied to efficiency, quality, and zero-call-back performance .

As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll oversee residential installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll read and interpret blueprints, manage jobsite workflow, train installation helpers, and represent Gillette with professionalism and pride.
