We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Fundraising Manager. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our mission. Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development :
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Campaign Management :
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and supporters.
• Donor Relationship Management :
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to enhance their engagement with the organization.
• Grant Writing :
• Research and identify potential grant opportunities, and collaborate with the team to prepare and submit grant proposals.
• Online Fundraising :
• Utilize online platforms and social media to create and promote fundraising campaigns, reaching a wider audience.
• Data Management :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, track fundraising progress, and generate reports as needed.
• Budgeting :
• Assist in developing and managing fundraising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
