Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Operations - Strategic Products (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives with provider partners

Ensure operational success at partner practices, measured by satisfaction and performance metrics

Supervise and develop teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in large-scale service operations, preferably in healthcare

7 years of management experience, with 5+ years in people management

Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams

Able to work effectively in a remote environment with specific internet requirements

Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
