[job_card.job_description]Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative fast-paced environment. Quickly adapt to diverse unit workflows while ensuring optimum clinical care. Experience : Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Able to meet scheduling requirements, including weekends and holiday shifts. ACLS : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support NIHSS : Stroke Scale IV Ultrasound : Essential skills for patient care Charge Nurse cross-training : Develop leadership skills while supporting multiple units. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety and excellent patient experiences. Your role will focus on assessing patient needs, planning individualized interventions, evaluating care effectiveness, and promoting a culture of safety within the healthcare team.
Licenses & Certifications :
A valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association are required.
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program is mandatory.
Required Functional Experience :
A minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing experience is typically expected.
