Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician - Evening Shift

We're hiring a dedicated MT or MLT to join our laboratory team for the evening shift. In this role, you'll perform a variety of laboratory tests across multiple departments to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care. Role Overview

• Perform testing in core lab departments including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment to ensure accurate results
• Analyze specimens and report findings to assist clinical teams with diagnosis and treatment
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
• Support a smooth evening workflow by managing priorities and coordinating with other departments
• Maintain accurate records and assist in quality control and proficiency testing

Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT certification as an MT or MLT (or eligibility)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field
• Previous clinical lab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely results
• Flexibility and teamwork for evening shift coverage
