The Package : $150K-$200K

base salary (experience-based)

Your Role : More Than Management

As Medical Director, you won't be

buried in paperwork. You'll be a practicing veterinarian who happens to

afternoon, and shapes the medical vision of the practice throughout.

You'll be responsible for :

Setting the

medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team

Mentoring

associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives

Ensuring

gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and

protocols

Partnering

with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent

Supporting

your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
