job_description.job_card.job_descriptionContact and convert pre-qualified leads into policyholders Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, renters, landlord, or commercial P&C products Educate clients on coverage options, policy terms, and claim processes Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Achieve or exceed monthly sales and retention goals Maintain accurate records using CRM and agency systems Stay compliant with licensing requirements and up-to-date on product knowledge Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Required) Previous experience in P&C insurance sales preferred, but not required Excellent communication and people skills Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up abilities Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, quoting platforms, virtual meetings) Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Spanish / English Bilingual preferred but not required.
