Distribution Associate 2nd Shift

Location : Milan, IL Schedule : MondayFriday | 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM Pay : $19.00 / hr

We are continuing to grow and are seeking dependable Distribution Associates to join our team on 2nd shift. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate processing, packaging, and shipment of products in a clean, fast-paced, and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and audit customer orders for accuracy
• Process and audit company returns
• Label products according to customer requirements
• Pack products to meet shipping standards
• Ship orders to designated customer locations
• Inspect product to ensure it meets all customer specifications
• Sort, count, and organize parts as needed
• Collect cardboard and operate compactor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Support general warehouse and production-based tasks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
