Position Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. This role will partner closely with leadership and teams across the organization to drive high-impact projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and outcomes stay aligned.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong digital and analytical skills, and knows how to balance structure with collaboration. You'll play a key role in bringing innovative initiatives to life across operations, product, and new growth areas.

Position Details & Work Requirements:

Salary Range - $90,000 - $120,000 annually (Exempt)

Location - Onsite at our Huntington Beach Corporate Office

• Work Environment:Fully onsite at our Huntington Beach corporate office with occasional visits to stores or field locations
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and scoping through execution and close-out
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Brand, Finance, and Leadership
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools for project tracking and control
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels
• Drive accountability and alignment across teams

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end (A–Z)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Digital fluency, including experience with modern project management tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track progress and inform decisions
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Beverage industries

Preferred Experience

• Background in Tech or Finance/Accounting environments
• Exposure to scaling or growth-stage organizations
• Project Management certification preferred or 3 years of relevant experience
