Role : Senior Mechanical Engineer

Lead and manage the design of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems while mentoring engineering staff and coordinating multi-discipline project efforts across teams.
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required
- 5-8+ years of experience in mechanical building systems within a consulting engineering environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Maryland or eligible via reciprocity)
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design for new construction and renovations
- Ability to develop and review design approaches, methodologies, and calculations
- Experience preparing and coordinating drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- QA / QC review experience to ensure quality and accuracy
- Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering staff
- Experience with construction administration including site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and quality control procedures
- Active or obtainable security clearance
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future
