Pay Rate : $20.00 / hr

Job Description
Responsible for assisting the department with numerous functions as described, and also including : standard settlement, break and fail resolution, stakeholder communication, firm training, escalating risk, procedure updates and contributing to ongoing projects including new Settlements Platforms, Predictive Analytics, Risk Matrix, AGILE work methods and our LEAN agenda.
