Transformation Therapy Group currently has part -time school based COTA opportunities available in Detroit, MI

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our team. As a school based COTA, you will work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and other professionals to provide therapeutic interventions and support to students with various physical, developmental, and cognitive challenges. Your role will be crucial in helping students achieve their academic and functional goals, promoting their independence and overall well-being. This position will be in-person. We have full time and part time opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
• Assist in conducting screens and assessments to identify students' strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement.

Provide support by collaborating with teachers and working with students in group settings, to enhance their motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities.

Schedule and Compensation : The schedule for this position will align with the school calendar and may include some after-school hours for meetings or events. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
