Partnership Manager, Sales (Northern CA)

What You'll Do

As a Partnership Manager, you'll own a key sales territory and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. You'll operate with autonomy, build trusted partnerships with education leaders, and drive innovative solutions that help schools and districts achieve their goals. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and your impact is felt.

  • Drive revenue growth across your territory, developing strategic account plans and executing to exceed targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersbecoming a go-to partner in their success.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demos that align to customer priorities and drive complex buying decisions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, making strategic account decisions in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our sales processes and team best practices.
  • Embrace new challenges and contribute to additional initiatives as needed to drive team and company success.

Who You Are

  • You bring 46 years of experience in sales or customer-facing rolesbonus if it's in EdTech or Education.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can connect customer needs with organizational value.
  • You're an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
  • You're highly proficient with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools.
  • You lead with curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Potential OTE : $205,000k

    Pay range for this role :

    $100,000 - $110,000 USD

    At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.

This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with various plan options, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and a flexible Time Away Program along with 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 wellness day, and a winter office closure at the end of December.
